When there is excess body fat that has accumulated to the extent that it may have a negative effect on health, a person might be considered to have obesity. According to researchers people who have excess body fat are at higher risk of developing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and sleeping and breathing problems among other conditions. It’s a serious problem that needs to be addressed.
Your body deposits fat in different areas and you need to concentrate on making lifestyle changes to affect that exact area.
Here are some of those areas and what to do to lose fat there, courtesy of Style Craze.
1. Overeating belly
If your body accumulates fat from your waist to your neck, you might be overeating. You probably eat fast food and don’t do any physical activity. So to change this you will need to exercise at least 15-20 minutes every day and stop eating fried foods or sugary foods and implement healthier food choices.
2. Stressful belly
If you eat high caloric foods or comfort foods to deal with stress or anxiety this will lead to fat that will accumulate from your waist to your diaphragm. The best solution for this would be to find a way to deal with stress that is not connected with food and do something like yoga to bring that stress down.
3. Lower body obesity
When you reach menopause or if you have any hormonal problems your body might start deposing fat on your tights. For this, you will need to do a lot of cardio exercises and add weights to burn that fat.
4. Swollen belly obesity
If you have fat just on your belly and nowhere else this is probably because of drinking too much alcohol. This is also known as ‘beer belly’. For a swollen belly, you need to cut your alcohol intake and go on regular walks.
